Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and at times appointments may need to be changed. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and practitioners, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of support. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, the full session fee will apply. After two consecutive no-shows, future bookings may be paused until further discussion. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and sudden illness happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us maintain a respectful and efficient service for all families. Deposits and Refund Policy Non-Refundable Deposit (Intake Assessment): A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking the initial intake assessment to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the total cost of the assessment and confirms your commitment to the process. Appointments will not be held without this payment. No Refunds for Services Rendered: Please note that all assessment and counselling services are non-refundable. When you book with us, you are reserving the clinician’s time, expertise, and professional preparation—including in-depth review, analysis, and report writing—regardless of the final outcome or diagnosis. Our focus is on providing a thorough, evidence-based assessment and clear recommendations. While outcomes may vary, the time and care invested in the process remain the same. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our professional services.
